Henry Che

I am a senior undergrad studying CompE at UIUC, advised by Prof. Shenlong Wang. I am also an incoming research intern at Waabi AI, working on autonomous trucking, to be advised by Prof. Raquel Urtasun.

My research interest is in perception, navigation, and simulation for mobile robots. My ongoing projects are on safety assurance for SLAM systems and VLM-based embodied robot navigation. I think 🚘 + 🦾 = cool!

I am actively applying for MS/PhD in Robotics starting Fall 2025!
